Kevin Costner's speech at Whitney Houston's funeral

Tim Evans and Louis Sinclair and Eddie Bland and I have something in common with Kevin here (with Kevin's story). ......When we were kids, Raeford, wonderful Raeford, the Ridge Road Baptist Church's janitor used to meet us in the church's kitchen so we could avoid a long and boring sermon. The four of us would secretly slip out the side door of the chapel while the adults were standing singing a long hymnal--worked like a charm.  :-)  I remember Raeford opening up the refrigerator and offering to us a tray of small leftover cubes of white bread and tiny glasses of grape juice used for communion.  And we did knock back the tiny glasses of purple juice just like cowboys at the Longbranch Saloon throwing down their whiskey.---- Kevin mentioned in his story about his upbringing.
